In this academic project, we were tasked with designing a menu for a restaurant.  The backstory that I created for my restaurant, "The Green House," was that it would be a new addition to Tomorrowland at Disneyland, presenting plant-based food of the future. 
Process
The process started by creating the story of the restaurant, imagining what the dining atmosphere would be like, and developing a rough idea of the menu. The earth-conscious and plant based theme of the restaurant needed to be mirrored in the menu.

The mood board helped me to both imagine what the interior of the restaurant may look like, and provided inspiration for the structured elements of the menu.

As this was imagined to be a Disneyland- based restaurant, it was only fitting to add special touches like a mickey QR code where diners could interact with the restaurant's mission while waiting for their food to arrive.
